• Application fee is $55 per applicant. 
• Renter’s Insurance is required at residents’ expense. We offer Pro-Specialty Insurance that can be paid with your monthly rent. The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage.
• Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Phone, Internet, and Cable are not included in rent and is the resident’s responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric and Gas is provided by PG&E. Water, Sewer and Trash are billed by ISM or Conservice.
• Landscaping at single family homes is an additional $75 a month.
